Meet our Co-Founder & CEO of RKG Innovative Care, Kelly G.  Kelly is also known as our RKG Beauty Boss. She is the lead consultant for our clients who are looking for their ideal Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist. 

Kelly has 20+ years in the aesthetic space. She started her career as a surgical tech working with some of the most world renowned surgeons. She grew a passion for skin cancer prevention as well as learning every aspect of running a private practice that incorporated dermatologists, dermatopathologists, & plastic surgeons. 

Having ran multi-million dollar practices, Kelly realized during her career that each patient is different and requires different things in order to achieve their own personal goals. At times finding a surgeon is a challenge. Relying on social media or physician reviews are not always the best way to choose your physician. 
Kelly personalizes each client's needs/wants with their ideal surgeon. She takes the stress out of the entire process and will also schedule your appointments for you. She works with surgeons in the United States only.
