Kelly Grasty founded RKG Innovations, LLC & RKG Innovative Care in 2021. Kelly has over 20 years of extensive in office experience, particularly private practice, behind the scenes experience in the OR, recovery room, consultations, preops, post ops & more. She then moved onto practice management where she developed contagious practice culture, while growing the business, and reducing overhead. She firmly believes in investing in your people to grow the business and making each patient's experience a VIP experience.

Kelly has worked with world renowned surgeons throughout her career. She has been able to take these experiences & apply it to her businesses. She works directly with patients & practices to ensure both are the proper match for each other. Kelly has been involved in managing practices and practice budgets of $10 million or more. Kelly's savviness of analyzing expenses, generating revenues, expanding locations, & helping create a work culture that is inviting while investing in staff.
